This Privacy Policy explains how Fravue (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use fravue.com and the Fravue product (the “Service”).
It should be read with our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.
Who we are
Fravue is a storyboard workspace for teams and their clients. We are the controller of account and product data described here. If you use Fravue as part of a company workspace, that company also decides how Content in the workspace is used.

Information we collect
Account and workspace
- Name, email, and authentication details (including Google sign-in if you use it)
- Workspace (organization) name, membership, roles, and invites
- Profile details you choose to add (for example an avatar)
- Billing details if you purchase a plan (processed by the payment provider named at checkout — we do not store full card numbers)
Content you put in Fravue
- Storyboard projects, scenes, frames, captions, characters, comments, and attached files
- Optional generation prompts, settings, and outputs
- Client review comments, replies, and frame review status
Clients on a review link
If someone opens a share link, we may collect a display name they enter, comments they pin, and basic technical data (such as IP address and browser) needed to run and secure the review.
The workspace that created the link is responsible for telling their clients that feedback is collected in Fravue.
Usage and device
- Log data (pages viewed, feature use, approximate location from IP, timestamps)
- Cookies and similar tech as described in our Cookie Policy
- Diagnostics and error reports to keep the Service working
We do not require you to provide more than is needed to run an account. Some fields are optional.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service
- Authenticate you and manage workspaces, invites, and permissions
- Show boards to teammates and, when you create a link, to clients
- Send product, security, and (with consent where required) marketing messages
- Process optional generation jobs you start
- Prevent abuse, debug issues, and comply with law
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only as needed:

Processors are bound to use data only to provide their service to us, except where they act as independent controllers (for example a payment provider for card data and tax invoices).
When you run optional generation, relevant images and prompts leave Fravue and are processed by that provider. Do not submit material you are not allowed to share with them.
Client review and your responsibilities
Workspace admins control share links. Don’t put personal data in a board or review link unless you have a lawful basis to do so (for example your client’s project files).
If you are a client leaving feedback, your comments are visible to that workspace’s team and stored with the project.
Retention
We keep account and workspace data while the account or workspace is active. After deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records (billing, security, legal claims) or until backups rotate.
Review links that are revoked or expired stop new access; existing comments may remain on the project until the workspace deletes them.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege hosting) to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your password and for who you invite.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
Workspace Content is often controlled by the organization. If you need a copy or deletion of board data, start with your workspace admin; we can help at hello@fravue.com.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
International transfers
We may process information in India and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Children
Fravue is built for professional teams. The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be announced by email or in the product when practical.
