Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Fravue (“we”, “us”) for use of fravue.com and the Fravue product (the “Service”).

By creating an account, inviting a teammate, opening a client review link, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Fravue on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

1. What Fravue is

Fravue is a storyboard workspace for creative teams: projects, scenes, frames, characters, comments, and client review links. Some workspaces may also use optional generation from a still. That is not required to use the rest of the product.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your login.

Workspaces (organizations) may have owners, admins, and members. Workspace admins are responsible for who they invite, what they share with clients, and how content in that workspace is used.

If you join someone else’s workspace, their admin controls your access. If you leave or are removed, you may lose access to that workspace’s boards.

3. Your content

You (or your company) keep ownership of storyboards, frames, captions, characters, comments, videos, and other material you upload or create in Fravue (“Content”).

You grant Fravue a limited license to host, display, transmit, and process Content solely to operate the Service — for example, to show a board to your team, serve a client review link, store files, or send Content to a provider when you run an optional generation job.

You represent that you have the rights to upload and share Content, including images, likenesses, scripts, and client materials.

4. Client review

You may create share links so clients can view frames and leave feedback. You decide what a link can do (for example, whether commenting is allowed) and when it expires or is revoked.

People who open a review link must use it only as invited. Don’t scrape, copy, or redistribute a client’s board without permission from that workspace.

Feedback left on a review link is stored with the project so your team can respond. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

5. Optional generation

Where available, Fravue may send prompts, frame images, and related inputs to third-party providers to generate a clip or other output. Those providers process that material under their own terms.

You understand that:

• Outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unusable.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing them with clients or using them commercially.
• You must not use generation to create unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.

Usage, limits, and any usage-based charges may change as we add or adjust models. Estimates shown in the product (including provider cost estimates) are informational and not a billing commitment unless we say otherwise in a paid plan.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Share login credentials or bypass access controls
• Upload malware or attempt to extract another customer’s data
• Misuse client review links (including sharing a private link publicly without the workspace’s consent)
• Use Fravue to spam, harass, or impersonate others

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service, other customers, or clients at risk.

7. Plans, payment, and credits

Until we turn billing on, starting a board is free and this section does not charge you.

Paid plans, seats, and credits are billed as described at checkout or in your workspace billing settings. If a plan includes a trial, it is $0 until it ends; after that the subscription renews at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. The payment processor shown at checkout collects the charge, issues receipts, and charges applicable taxes. Unused subscription time is generally not refunded after the period in our Refund Policy. Consumed optional generations are typically not refundable.

Taxes may apply. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Fravue reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, especially while the product is evolving. We may add, limit, or retire functionality with reasonable notice when we can.

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fravue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of Content, business interruption, or third-party generated output quality.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Fravue and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

After termination, we may delete Content in line with our Privacy Policy and operational backups. Export what you need before you leave.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will try to provide notice (for example by email or in-product).

12. If there’s a legal dispute

Fravue is operated from Surat, Gujarat, India. Governing law just means: if we ever had a serious legal disagreement about these Terms, Indian law would apply, and it would be heard in courts in Surat, Gujarat — unless your local consumer law says you must be able to sue closer to home.

That’s a normal clause for a business based here. It is not a special restriction on using the product.
